Greetings in the name of our Lord and Master, Jesus Christ.
Since this is our first convention at The Evergreen State College, the layout will be unfamiliar to you. Please follow the directions below which are designed to make the check-in process easier for you and all of the brethren.
Convention Check-in: On Friday, 7/10, check-in for the convention will be open from 10am to 10pm in Dorm A via Indian Pipe Loop (please see the attached map and the directions below for reaching the loop). Because the loop in front of the dorms is single lane and served by a city bus at least hourly, you can ONLY park in the six parking spots on that loop (see the attached map) for dropping off luggage. You CANNOT leave your vehicle anywhere else on the loop and please do not leave it unattended in these six parking spots.
When you arrive for check-in, park in one of those six (6) spots and there will be young brethren with carts for you to unload your luggage. They will help you take your luggage to your room after check-in. Once unloaded, please have someone in your party move your vehicle to parking lot F so the next carload of brethren can unload. If none of the six (6) spots are open, drop off someone from your party to check-in and park your vehicle in parking lot F.
Please have one of your brethren check-in in Dorm A and once you have received your keys, the young brethren will help take you and your luggage to the appropriate room in the Dorms or the apartments.

If You are Driving and Going to College Housing: From the East, North, and South:
- Take I-5 to exit #104 toward U.S. 101.
- Take U.S. 101 northwest about 3.3 miles to Mud Bay Road and The Evergreen College Parkway.
- Take The Evergreen College Parkway about 2 miles to the traffic circle.
- (Follow signs to student housing) Continue through the traffic circle and turn left onto Overhulse Place.
- Take Overhulse Place to Driftwood Road.
- Turn left. Take Driftwood Road to Indian Pipe Loop and turn left.
- Park at one of the six parking spots on Indian Pipe Loop (see the map) and unload your luggage. Have one of your party check-in at Dorm A.
- After unloading, drive your vehicle to Parking Lot F and park it there.
- Then walk back to Dorm A and take your luggage to your room in the Dorms or the apartments.
- The address for check-in is 4315 Indian Pipe Loop NW, Olympia, WA 98505. Check-in is in housing (Dorm) Building A.
